Degree & Certificate Options

The Associate of Science (AS) Degree in Food and Fermentation Science is designed for students planning to transfer to Oregon State University. Students interested in transferring to OSU are strongly encouraged to enroll in the Degree Partnership Program (DPP), as there may be lower-division courses required by the program that are only offered at OSU.

Food and Fermentation Science emphasis, Associate of Science Tracks

This two-year degree prepares you to transfer to OSU for your associate's degree with a solid background in mathematics and physical science, with an option to pursue the enology track.
