Accessibility of environments

We are happy to provide headphones or ear plugs at the Albany Campus Library and the Healthcare Occupations Center Library.

The Albany Campus Library is also home to the Room of Requirement, a private room for lactation, rest, prayer, meditation, quiet contemplation, etc. The Room of Requirement features a SAD light therapy lamp, a couch, prayer rugs, and outlets.

Assistive technology on library computers

All library computers have Read & Write installed on them.  They also have standard Windows assistive software, such as Magnifier, Narrator, and Focus Assist.  You can also configure the Windows settings in the ways that work best.
